super tasty salad!
our friend ann brought over a delicious spinach salad for new years.
8 oz. fresh spinach
1/2 cup feta or goat cheese, crumbled
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup craisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
top it with raspberry vinaigrette
try it! it's super tasty!

i'm having this for dinner tonight! i'm using beets instead of craisins and adding chicken, though. yum!!
I LOVE this salad. It is also good with strawberries in the spring. I have a great salad dressing recipe too.
