thanksgiving leftovers

what to do with all that leftover turkey from thanksgiving?  make turkey tetrazzini!!


here's an easy recipe that i got from teresabug:

7oz thin spaghetti                1/2 c. butter
8oz sliced mushrooms         2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb turkey (or chicken)       1 clove garlic
2 c. sour cream                    parmesan cheese

cook spaghetti, drain.  brown mushrooms in butter.  cut turkey (or chicken) into small pieces.
mix all ingredients together, except parmesan cheese, in a large bowl.
pour into a 9x13 pan.  sprinkle with cheese and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

super easy and very yummy!  enjoy!
