and i cannot text you with a drink in my hand, eh?
recently we combined our wireless phone bill with our internet and home phone. because of this, we now receive a paper bill in the mail (because i haven't bothered to go paperless yet). so when the bill came in the mail, i opened it up and took a look at it. even though i already paid the bill, i decided to look at all the minute usage, etc.
let's just say, "thank goodness for mobile to mobile minutes". we're definitely fortunate that many of our friends are also AT&T customers. it helps our "anytime minute" usage!
but here's the fun part. data usage.
for the previous billing period, here are the text messages sent/received for me and g:
g: 1,942 messages used
me: 11,410 messages used
again, thankfully it's unlimited!
what can i say?! i have a bit of an addiction to my phone! it's like another appendage! and, i'll justify it by saying that i'm getting my money's worth!

We have AT&T family plan. One month I received our bill in a box. Not an envelope but a box that costs $5.74 to mail.
I opened the the bill and my son had used over 18,000 minutes on our 450 minutes/month plan.
Apparently he and his girlfriend used to fall asleep talking on the phone every night.
Thank goodness for the free AT&T to AT&T customer option.
you're going to have carpal tunnel by your next birthday at that texting rate!
