game change: obama and the clintons, mccain and palin, and the race of a lifetime by john heilemann and mark halperin

game change is all about the inside workings of the 2008 presidential election. it delves deep into the obama and clinton campaigns as well as picking apart the mccain campaign and its veep choice of sarah palin. the book is by two journalists and is based on interviews conducted of those close to the parties.

how can any of us forget the drawn-out and highly publicized presidential election of 2008? but there was so much going on that very few knew anything about. game change takes you far into the interworkings of each camp, sparing few details.

if you're even remotely interested in politics, this is a must-read. it will change your perceptions and feelings about some that you thought you knew.
