this book by josh kilmer-purcell was an absolutely enjoyable read! josh and his partner brent are two hard-working city boys who find themselves falling in love with a large home in upstate new york during an annual autumn orchard trip. unable to get the mansion out of their minds, they decide to put in an unreasonable offer on the home, only for their offer to be accepted.
their story of struggles of adapting to the dramatic change from city life to creating a self sustaining farm come through in this book with many laughs along the way. i highly recommend reading this book! and don't forget to tune in to season #2 of the fabulous beekman boys on the planet green channel!
